Shipping Policy

Free shipping Orders over $75 ship free within the United States.

Order processing Every shirt is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Printing and quality checks take 2 to 5 business days, and slightly longer during the run up to fiber festival season and the December holidays.

Shipping and delivery Once your order leaves the print floor, standard US delivery runs 3 to 7 business days depending on your address and the method you chose at checkout. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout with their own estimates.

International shipping We ship worldwide through print partners located in several regions, so most international orders are produced closer to you than you would expect. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by their country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are collected by your local carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Tracking You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If the tracking has not updated in several days, that is usually the carrier catching up rather than a lost package, but write to us at hi@fibercontentco.com and we will look into it.

Addresses We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it before you submit, since orders enter production quickly and we often cannot change the destination after that. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will reship it once you cover the return postage.

Secure checkout All payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

A note on estimates Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs holds are outside our control. We ask for the same patience you extend to a sleeve you have already reknit twice.
